How long does my order take to ship?

The order can take 3 to 5 days to ship. Shipping options are 2 day Fed Ex, USPS or UPS. We will contact you with shipping fee as we ship. Sea moss requires refrigeration.

What is your return policy? 

Some food products require refrigeration and are shipped with ice packs and frozen, Complaints must be submitted within 3 days of arrival of your order. We may request you submit a photo with your complaint to the contact us portal or Crowncandy@Crowncandyllc.com.
